Account, permissions and access

The connection uses OAuth and checks the verified account, subscription, session and, for administrators, MFA. ChatGPT receives limited access credentials, not your Astroanamnesis password. Earlier permissions are not automatically expanded: chart reading, drafts and notebook-entry reading require their specifically authorised permissions.

Information exchanged

Tools can check access and retrieve method instructions and documents. With a reference you expressly share, they can read a copy of a chart or an entry and its follow-ups. The reviewed context and reference data are communicated, including the record’s name or label. The previous response from an entry is included only if you select it. There is no tool for listing all your clients or reading the whole notebook.

Calculations for a shared chart

When you expressly share a view that includes Tropical with calculation access and authorise the corresponding permission, you can request a direct station or the next exact transit to a Tropical natal position. The server uses the birth data associated with that reference and the query parameters; it returns the time context, time zone and a private result link. It does not calculate complete charts from new birth data in the chat or automatically save results.

Drafts and confirmation

If you ask to retain a summary or review, ChatGPT can send its title and content to prepare a draft in Astroanamnesis. You must review it, edit it if needed and confirm saving on the website. Saving creates a new entry; a review retains a reference to the original without overwriting it.

Validity, revocation and retention

References require authentication by the same account; they are not public links and do not grant access on their own. They expire after seven days and you can stop sharing earlier. Loss of permissions, subscription or session can also prevent access. Changing birth data or the version of a shared entry prevents the old context from being used for new reads or saves.

Expiry or revocation prevents access but does not immediately erase the copy or drafts. The existing cleanup runs when new references are created in the account and removes expired or revoked references and their drafts. Confirmed notebook entries are retained separately. Deleting a person or account removes linked records through the existing dependencies; backups may contain earlier versions.

ChatGPT and manual communications

Content read by the plugin becomes part of the ChatGPT conversation. The same applies to prompts you copy manually. Withdrawing a reference or deleting data in Astroanamnesis does not erase conversations or copies already retained by ChatGPT. You must manage them in that service, whose contract, plan and settings are independent. The connection does not by itself add AI API calls from our server.

Responsibilities and limits

Only share information you are entitled to communicate and minimise identifiers and sensitive data. Technical selection and authorisation do not replace duties concerning client data. Results are working hypotheses that may contain errors; they are not diagnosis or medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. The plugin does not calculate charts, collect payments or modify existing accounts or entries.

Authorisation records

Records include the user, authorised application, permissions and creation, use, expiry and revocation dates. Tokens are stored as hashes. Hosting, security and email are described in the general policy. You can exercise your rights through [email protected].

1. Controller and contact

2. Information processed and its sources

• Account: name, email, an image if you provide one, preferences, Google identifier if you choose that sign-in method and a hashed password where applicable.
• People and charts: record name or label, gender if entered, date, time and place of birth, coordinates, time zone and calculation results. These come from data you enter or import.
• Notebook and consultations: notes, dated observations, follow-ups, statuses, chart context, prompts, responses you save, session preparations and links between entries.
• Plugin exchange: a copy of the expressly shared context, temporary reference, dates, revocation, summary or review drafts and content confirmed in the notebook.
• Requests: contact, training, optional phone number, requested notifications and their states and evidence; operations identified as tests when used.
• Security: sessions, IP address, browser, verification, recovery and OAuth authorisations; protected authenticator and recovery data where applicable.
• Optional analytics: visits to public pages and technical connection and device data when you accept Google Analytics.

Birth data is not, by itself, special-category data. Free-text fields may contain health information, sex-life information, beliefs or other specially protected data. Avoid including it unless its necessity, lawful basis and safeguards have been established. Do not provide unnecessary personal data about others.

3. Purposes and legal bases

The operator processes account and usage data necessary to provide the requested service on the basis of the contractual relationship; enquiries before a contract are handled as pre-contractual steps. Other contact requests are handled under the legitimate interest in responding. Preventing fraudulent access and abuse relies on the legitimate interest in protecting the service. Data necessary for legal obligations is processed to meet them.

Availability notifications and optional analytics rely on specific, separate choices. You can withdraw a notification request from its section or by contacting us, and change analytics through “Cookie settings”. Reading this policy or accepting terms of use does not authorise other processing.

4. Clients and other third parties

When a professional uses the platform to manage client records, that professional determines the purpose, legal basis and information given to the people concerned. Astroanamnesis performs storage and requested operations on their behalf, within the scope to be governed by the processing agreement. The operator remains controller for its own account, security, support and platform-management purposes.

Ordinary access to charts and the notebook is limited to the owning account. Other users and the method’s creator do not receive access merely because of that status. Communications to the plugin require the owner to expressly share the context and authorise the connection. Technical administration and necessary providers are subject to the roles and obligations described in this policy.

If you enter another person’s data, you must be entitled to do so and meet the applicable information duties. Your account contract is not by itself a basis for every use of third-party data. Requests concerning professional records must be coordinated with their controller; you can contact [email protected] even if you do not have an account.

5. Charts, notebook and ChatGPT

Saving charts or notes does not give the plugin general access to your account. Expressly sharing a chart or review creates a specific copy of the context you reviewed. Reading it requires the same authorised account, specific permissions, a subscription and a valid reference; it does not allow your people or the rest of the notebook to be listed. A review may include notes and follow-ups; the previous response from that entry is included only if you select it.

When you use that reference in ChatGPT, the retrieved context becomes part of the conversation. If you request a saved summary, the plugin may send a title and draft to Astroanamnesis. You must review it and confirm saving on the website: a draft does not overwrite existing entries. Revoking access does not withdraw content already received by ChatGPT or delete confirmed entries.

Manually copying prompts sends the data you choose to paste to the external service. That service’s contract, plan and settings determine its processing. The plugin connection does not by itself add an AI API call from the Astroanamnesis server. Server features using external AI transmit the necessary message and context to the configured provider; demo responses do not require that call. The same retention, training or residency guarantees are not assumed for all these routes.

6. Recipients, providers and transfers

The service uses Hostinger hosting and Cloudflare protection or delivery. Depending on the feature and configuration, services include Google for OAuth sign-in and fonts, Resend for verification, recovery and notification emails, Google Analytics for accepted analytics, and video providers when you authorise their content to load. Authorised personnel may be involved in support and maintenance.

If you submit a training enquiry through the website, your name, email, optional phone number and enquiry details are communicated to the operator and Eliseo Gallardo so they can respond. This does not communicate your charts or notebook to them.

ChatGPT processes conversation content under the terms and settings of the account used. Links to WhatsApp, Amazon, PayPal or other services take you to environments with their own terms. These recipients do not all have the same contractual role for every purpose.

International services may involve access or processing outside the European Economic Area. Exclusive European residency or zero retention is not guaranteed merely by using a provider or technical option. To learn about the recipient entity, countries, adequacy decision or applicable safeguards and how to obtain information or a copy, contact [email protected].

7. Retention, deletion and copies

People, notebook entries and associated content are kept in the account while you retain them and the service relationship requires them. You can delete people or entries using the available controls and request account deletion. Signing out does not delete data saved on the server.

Shared references allow access for up to seven days and can be revoked earlier. Expiry or revocation prevents new reads but does not immediately delete the copy and drafts. The existing cleanup removes expired or revoked references and their drafts when new references are created in that account. Entries already confirmed in the notebook keep their context until deleted.

Contact messages are not automatically erased when an account is deleted: their account link is removed, but the message and contact details remain. You can request erasure through the rights channel. Retention of requests, evidence and data needed for legal obligations or claims must be limited to the corresponding purpose and period.

Backups may contain information predating an erasure, including protected historical copies. A restoration requires previous erasure and restriction requests to be respected. Deleting data in Astroanamnesis does not delete your downloads or conversations and copies retained by ChatGPT and other services.

8. Access, portability and other rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent, by writing to [email protected]. We may verify your identity proportionately. The general response period is one month; we will inform you if a lawful extension applies. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

The account data copy is a tool for retrieving your own information; AAF export includes charts only. Access and portability do not have the same scope: portability depends on the legal basis, automated processing and source of the data. Disclosure must respect third-party rights and does not include credentials or security secrets.

9. Security and updates

Access controls and technical and organisational measures are applied. Protect your credentials and devices. The policy is reviewed when processing changes; optional uses requiring consent are requested separately. Browser storage is described in the cookie policy.
