Account, permissions and access
The connection uses OAuth and checks the verified account, subscription, session and, for administrators, MFA. ChatGPT receives limited access credentials, not your Astroanamnesis password. Earlier permissions are not automatically expanded: chart reading, drafts and notebook-entry reading require their specifically authorised permissions.
Information exchanged
Tools can check access and retrieve method instructions and documents. With a reference you expressly share, they can read a copy of a chart or an entry and its follow-ups. The reviewed context and reference data are communicated, including the record’s name or label. The previous response from an entry is included only if you select it. There is no tool for listing all your clients or reading the whole notebook.
Calculations for a shared chart
When you expressly share a view that includes Tropical with calculation access and authorise the corresponding permission, you can request a direct station or the next exact transit to a Tropical natal position. The server uses the birth data associated with that reference and the query parameters; it returns the time context, time zone and a private result link. It does not calculate complete charts from new birth data in the chat or automatically save results.
Drafts and confirmation
If you ask to retain a summary or review, ChatGPT can send its title and content to prepare a draft in Astroanamnesis. You must review it, edit it if needed and confirm saving on the website. Saving creates a new entry; a review retains a reference to the original without overwriting it.
Validity, revocation and retention
References require authentication by the same account; they are not public links and do not grant access on their own. They expire after seven days and you can stop sharing earlier. Loss of permissions, subscription or session can also prevent access. Changing birth data or the version of a shared entry prevents the old context from being used for new reads or saves.
Expiry or revocation prevents access but does not immediately erase the copy or drafts. The existing cleanup runs when new references are created in the account and removes expired or revoked references and their drafts. Confirmed notebook entries are retained separately. Deleting a person or account removes linked records through the existing dependencies; backups may contain earlier versions.
ChatGPT and manual communications
Content read by the plugin becomes part of the ChatGPT conversation. The same applies to prompts you copy manually. Withdrawing a reference or deleting data in Astroanamnesis does not erase conversations or copies already retained by ChatGPT. You must manage them in that service, whose contract, plan and settings are independent. The connection does not by itself add AI API calls from our server.
Responsibilities and limits
Only share information you are entitled to communicate and minimise identifiers and sensitive data. Technical selection and authorisation do not replace duties concerning client data. Results are working hypotheses that may contain errors; they are not diagnosis or medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. The plugin does not calculate charts, collect payments or modify existing accounts or entries.
Authorisation records
Records include the user, authorised application, permissions and creation, use, expiry and revocation dates. Tokens are stored as hashes. Hosting, security and email are described in the general policy. You can exercise your rights through [email protected].

2. Activity and professionals
The operator runs the Astroanamnesis platform: chart calculation and viewing, management of saved people, materials and working tools. The Astroanamnesis method was created by Eliseo Gallardo. Authorship of the method does not make its creator the platform operator or the provider or issuer of invoices for every advertised service.
Eliseo Gallardo’s sessions and training are advertised for information only. They are not purchased or paid for through this website. Their contact links lead to the advertised professional; interest forms do not constitute a purchase.
The content is symbolic, informational and intended for self-understanding. It does not constitute diagnosis, treatment, psychological care, medical, legal or financial advice, or emergency services. No predictions or personal outcomes are guaranteed.
3. Account and terms
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and report unauthorised access. Infringing rights, bypassing access controls, redistributing materials without authorisation or disrupting the service is not permitted. Accepting these terms does not authorise advertising or optional processing.
4. Other people’s data
Only enter data you are entitled to use and provide the required information to the people concerned. If you manage clients professionally, you determine the purpose and legal basis of their records; storage and operations on your behalf must be governed by the applicable processing agreement. Do not include special-category data or children’s data without first establishing the necessary requirements and safeguards.
AAF import validates the text you paste on the server and creates the selected records after your confirmation. It does not access your astro.com account. Chart export lets you copy or download birth data; it does not automatically send it to another service or replace the exercise of rights over other account data.
5. ChatGPT plugin and AI
Calculating a chart or saving a note does not automatically send your client list to an AI provider. The plugin can read a chart or a notebook entry and its follow-ups only when you expressly share them and authorise the required permissions. It can also prepare drafts; an entry or review is saved in the notebook only after you review and confirm it on the website.
If you copy a prompt or use a shared reference in ChatGPT, its content is sent to that service and is also subject to its contract and settings. Review AI outputs, which may contain errors. Sharing a reference does not allow all your charts or entries to be listed or existing ones to be modified. See the plugin privacy notice and its terms.
6. Website purchases and external links
This website’s own sales are limited to products or services available through an enabled purchase process on it. Informational advertisements and external links do not constitute a purchase from Astroanamnesis. A subscription availability notification does not purchase a plan or authorise charges. Operations identified as tests or simulations do not represent real payments. Before a website purchase is confirmed, the provider, total price and taxes, duration, renewal if any, delivery or performance, cancellation and applicable rights must be shown. These terms of use do not replace contractual terms for a purchase.
Books linked to Amazon are purchased from the seller identified there. Voluntary contributions without consideration are not a purchase, consultation or subscription and are not advertised as tax-deductible donations.
7. Content rights
Texts, design, method, materials, images and software belong to their respective rights holders and are subject to the applicable authorisations and licences. You retain rights over the content you contribute. Swiss Ephemeris is used for calculations; links and compatibility with third parties do not imply their endorsement of Astroanamnesis.
8. Liability and complaints
Maintenance or incidents may affect availability. The operator remains liable as required by law, without excluding liability that cannot be limited. For enquiries or complaints: [email protected].
