× Legal notice and terms of use Last updated: 22 September 2026.
1. Owner and contact details
Owner: Jose Llobera CrespiTax ID: 41520308HAddress: Mallorca (Spain)Email: [email protected]
2. What Astroanamnesis offers
Astroanamnesis and its Eliseo application allow you to calculate and view charts and maps, explore transits and aspects, organise saved people, import and export charts, access training materials and use the available interpretation functions. Some tools require an account or subscription; their access conditions are indicated on the platform.
The content is intended for information and self-knowledge within a symbolic framework. It does not constitute diagnosis, treatment, psychological care, medical, legal or financial advice, or emergency services. No predictions or personal outcomes are guaranteed.
3. Account and use of the tools
You must provide accurate account details, protect your credentials and report any unauthorised access. You may not use the platform for unlawful activities, infringe other people's rights, circumvent access controls or impair its operation.
Accepting these terms does not constitute consent to advertising. The Privacy Policy explains which data is processed and for what purpose. Optional notifications are requested separately.
4. Other people's charts and AAF exchange
Only enter data you are entitled to use and inform the people concerned where required. Avoid adding sensitive information or information unrelated to the consultation. If you use the platform professionally to manage client data, you must meet your obligations as the controller of that processing.
Importing from astro.com reads the AAF text you paste; it does not access your astro.com account. Review the records and issues before confirming. Exporting displays your saved people's data in AAF format for copying or downloading; it does not automatically send it to another service. Protect exported files, which contain personal data.
5. Interpretations and artificial intelligence
When you request an AI interpretation, the message and the necessary context may be sent to the provider delivering that function. Not all platform operations use AI. Calculating a chart or importing people does not in itself mean sending your entire list to the AI provider.
Responses may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed using your own judgement. Do not enter clinical data, confidential documents or unnecessary third-party information. If you copy a prompt into ChatGPT or another external tool, its processing is also governed by that service's terms.
6. Training, subscriptions, services and contributions
Requesting a subscription notification allows you to receive a single email when it becomes available. It does not purchase a plan or authorise charges. Training place requests are handled according to availability and the confirmation communicated for each course; use the indicated channels to check the price and terms before purchasing.
Operations identified as tests or simulations do not represent real payments. Before confirming any paid purchase, information must be provided about the provider, total price, duration, renewal where applicable, performance or delivery, cancellation and applicable rights. These general terms do not replace that information or imply a waiver of your consumer rights.
Purchases from external shops are contracted with the seller identified there. Voluntary contributions to the project do not constitute a purchase, consultation or subscription; see the specific information in the contributions section.
7. External content and services
The texts, design, materials and software are protected by their owners' rights and, where applicable, their respective licences. Access to the platform does not grant permission to redistribute training materials or third-party content beyond authorised uses or those permitted by law. You retain your rights over content you provide.
Swiss Ephemeris is used as the astronomical calculation engine. Compatibility with astro.com and links to Google, video platforms, messaging services or shops do not imply that those entities endorse Astroanamnesis. Each external service has its own terms.
8. Liability and applicable law
Availability may be affected by maintenance or technical incidents. The owner is liable as provided by law; these terms do not exclude liabilities that cannot legally be limited. You can report incidents or complaints to [email protected] .
Applicable Spanish and European law applies, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protection. Disputes will be submitted to the courts with legal jurisdiction.
× Privacy Policy Last updated: 21 October 2026.
1. Data controller
Jose Llobera Crespi, tax ID 41520308H, Mallorca (Spain). For privacy queries or to exercise your rights: [email protected] .
2. What information we process
Account: name, email, profile image if provided, preferences, Google identifier when you use that sign-in method, and a hashed password where applicable.
People and charts: names, gender if included, date, time and place of birth, coordinates, time zone, charts and data entered manually or imported in AAF format.
Queries: conversations, messages, responses and context or document content that you provide to the interpretation functions.
Requests and activity: contact messages, courses, optional enrolment phone number, requested notifications, consent or cancellation statuses and dates, orders, plan, balance and Lumen usage when those functions are used.
Security: sessions, IP address, browser, email verification, access recovery and technical logs. Accounts with an authenticator also use verification data and protected recovery codes.
Optional analytics: if you accept analytics, visits to public pages, technical browser and device information, and a source reference without parameters are collected. The integration does not send names, email addresses, birth data, conversations or private-area content.
Data comes from you, the Google sign-in you request, or the people and files you add. Required fields enable the requested function; not providing them may prevent its use. Do not include health data, beliefs or other particularly sensitive information in free text or documents.
3. Purposes and legal bases for processing
Providing the requested service: to create and maintain your account, save and manage charts, import and export people, retain conversations and preferences, and respond to queries. The legal basis is performance of the service relationship. Training and purchase requests are also handled to take steps prior to entering into a contract.
Subscription availability notification: relies on your specific consent to a single notification to your account email. You may withdraw it from the subscription section or by writing to us. It is not a commercial subscription or general permission for advertising.
Contact and support: responding to your request, based on the service relationship or steps you request before entering into a contract; other queries are handled based on the legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
Security: preventing fraudulent access and abuse, based on the legitimate interest in protecting accounts and the service.
Optional analytics: understand how public pages are used through Google Analytics 4, with your consent. You can reject it or withdraw your choice through Cookie settings.
Legal obligations: to handle rights requests, official requirements and accounting or tax obligations where applicable.
Reading this policy or accepting the terms does not authorise uses other than those described. Where processing relies on consent, withdrawing it does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
4. Other people's data and imports
To save or import third-party data, you must have a lawful basis and provide the required information to those people. The platform does not check that authorisation on your behalf. People whose data has been added may also contact the controller to exercise their rights.
The pasted AAF text is sent to our server for validation and, after your confirmation, to create the selected people in your account. We do not request your astro.com password or connect to that account. When exporting, you obtain text or a file containing natal data; you decide whether to share it and with whom. This chart export does not include all your account data.
5. Interpretation and AI
When a function uses an external AI provider, it receives the message, selected context and history needed to respond; this may include natal data and content you have provided. Do not enter information that should not be shared with that provider. Demonstration functions may generate responses without using external AI.
The available external integration uses OpenAI when that function is enabled. No solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people are made based on the interpretations.
6. Recipients and external services
Authorised staff and the providers needed for hosting, databases, security and communications may process information for those purposes. The application integrates the following services, depending on the function used:
Google: identification if you choose to sign in with Google. The website also requests its font from Google Fonts, disclosing your IP address and technical request data.
Google Analytics 4: Google receives connection data and public-page visit events only when you accept analytics. The integration keeps advertising signals disabled and does not measure the private area.
Cloudflare: protecting and distributing access when involved in the connection, and Turnstile bot checks on protected forms.
Resend: sending verification, recovery and contact notification emails when configured.
OpenAI: processing interpretations when that function is enabled and you request it.
YouTube, Vimeo or another video server: receive connection data when you authorise their external content to load. Videos hosted on the platform itself do not require a connection to those platforms.
When you follow links to WhatsApp, ChatGPT, PayPal, shops or other websites, you interact with external services subject to their own policies. Contributions made using external payment methods may disclose data to the chosen provider and the recipient.
Using international providers may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. You may request information about recipients, processing countries and applicable safeguards, and how to obtain a copy of them, at [email protected] .
7. Retention and deletion
Saved people, preferences and associated histories are retained for as long as you keep them in your account. You can delete people and conversations or request account deletion from Settings. Signing out does not delete your account.
Training, contact and notification requests are retained to handle the request and record its status. Cancelling a notification stops its sending purpose; the withdrawal record may be retained as history. Data needed for legal obligations or claims will be retained for the applicable period, with its use restricted to those purposes.
Backups may contain data from before a deletion until they are replaced or removed. Files you have exported and copies held by external services are not deleted when you delete your account. Browser storage has its own retention period, explained in the Cookie Policy.
8. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent, by writing to [email protected] . State your request and the details needed to locate the information; we may request proportionate identity verification. You do not need an account to exercise rights over your data added by another person.
We will generally respond to your request within one month; if a legal extension applies, we will inform you. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency . AAF export is an additional tool and does not limit your rights over the rest of your information.
9. Security and updates
Access controls and security measures are applied to protect information. Protect your credentials and the devices you use to access the service. The policy will be reviewed when functions or processing change; specific consent will be requested where necessary.
× Cookie and browser storage policy Last updated: 21 October 2026.
1. What we use
Astroanamnesis uses cookies to maintain access and protect sign-in, and local storage to remember preferences and provide continuity for requested functions. Local storage may also contain personal data; it is not limited to cookies.
2. First-party access cookies
eliseo_session: identifies the session using a random identifier. It is a first-party cookie required for the private area. With “Keep me signed in”, its configured lifetime is 30 days; otherwise, it is a session cookie and the server session expires after one day. It may be invalidated earlier when you sign out or revoke access.
eliseo_oauth_state: a first-party security cookie that checks the Google sign-in process. It lasts up to 10 minutes and is deleted when the sign-in callback is processed.
Access cookies are essential and are not used for advertising. Analytics is optional: Accept enables it, while Reject lets you continue without it. The former Understood acknowledgment is not treated as consent for Google Analytics.
3. Local storage
This browser may store:
Preferences: theme, text size, reduced motion, chart view, colours, aspects, houses and panel state.
Continuity: natal profile and active calculation (birthProfile and birthChartCalculation), person or conversation identifiers, context selection, local transit history and basket.
Notices: the analytics choice is stored in astroAnalyticsConsent.v1 for 180 days. Former acknowledgments eliseoLegalConsentAccepted and eliseoCookieNoticeAccepted and other dismissed notices may remain in the browser; they do not authorize analytics.
This storage has no general automatic expiry: it remains until the application replaces or removes it, or you clear the site's data. Some preferences are also saved in your account so they can be restored when you sign in. On shared devices, sign out and clear site data if you do not want to leave local data behind.
4. External services
Google: sign-in takes place in its environment and may use its own cookies. Loading Google Fonts discloses technical connection data to obtain the font; it is not an Astroanamnesis session cookie. See the Google policy .
Cloudflare: may participate in access security and Turnstile when protected forms are submitted, processing technical data to detect abuse. Additional technologies on its network depend on the service configuration. See the Cloudflare policy .
External videos: before an external player is loaded, the provider or server is displayed and you are asked to make a choice. Accepting and loading connects to that third party, which receives your IP address and browser data and may use cookies or storage according to its policies. You can decline to load it and continue using the platform. Your choice applies only to that opening of the video; closing it removes the player. Any cookies already installed by the third party are managed through your browser.
YouTube is embedded via youtube-nocookie.com and Vimeo with its do-not-track option, which does not guarantee the absence of all external processing. See the policies of YouTube/Google and Vimeo .
5. Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure public-page visits only after you accept. The tag loads separately from the application document and is removed when you enter the private area or reject analytics. Form fields, names, email addresses, birth data and conversations are not shared; measured addresses omit query parameters and fragments. Google receives the technical connection and device information needed for measurement. Advertising features have not been enabled.
Analytics cookies: _ga and _ga_5K28CY0706 distinguish browsers and maintain measurement state. They are configured with a renewable maximum lifetime of 180 days. Rejecting or withdrawing consent deletes this site's analytics cookies that are accessible from the browser. The choice is requested again when it expires.
6. How to manage it
You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer or the following button. Withdrawing it stops new transmissions but does not delete visits Google has already received. You can also block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser; doing so may remove preferences and continuity data. For questions, contact [email protected] .
